Super Gogi :

Tamales with Seoul

Hi, I’m Eric

A man with dark hair, beard, and wearing a black t-shirt, smiling while holding a tamalel. On the table are a corn husk wrapper, a bowl of meat, and a bamboo steamer, indicating preparing Asian tamales.
A man with a beard, wearing a blue bandana, inspecting a piece of bamboo shoot on a wooden cutting board with kimchi on a small plate in front of him.

Three years ago, I married my beautiful Korean wife that would cook up spicy, flavorful dishes that felt like an adventure. Growing up in LA, tamales were always my favorite go-to after a game of soccer, or a long day at construction.

I was inspired to merge my two loves in Super Gogi: Korean-inspired tamales that feel like LA.

I made my first ever tamal in my tiny kitchen and have never looked back.

I can’t wait to share my tamales with you!

Flavors

Savory, tender pork belly paired with just-enough kimchi kick for an explosion of flavor. Kimchi flown in straight from Korea!

Signature Kimchi Pork

Bold, smoky Korean butter gochujang sauce expertly paired with chunky chicken.

Our fan favorite!
